ABOUT THE CLF

My photo
Everywhere, No where
I started the CLF as a joke on Ravelry, back in July of 2007. The joke was on me, we're a real group, that seeks to liberate ourselves from stereo types about our craft and ourselves. Other than being called "Fearless Leader", I'm a designer, mother, editor, wife, hand spinner, yarn addict, incessant reader, and over all geek in the coolest of geeky ways.

Beware Defamers of the Hook!

Beware Defamers of the Hook!
Like Joan of Arc, and the Scarlet Pimpernel we are here to seek Justice!

The CLF First Every Book submission process has started! We'll be accepting submissions of patterns, stories, hints, tips and more from now until May 5th (or so). We need patterns for garments, hats, scarves, socks, critters, dolls, doilies, you name it...Use your creativity, use your imagination!

Let's make this our dream book!

This Bag Sets OUR Picot Free!

This bag is great! From reading the notes on it's project page, I doubly award you for having the wear with all to finish the bag! Being as bored as you were with the single crochet, but then enjoying the detailing of the project!

By lining, adding embellishments, and a zipper you did what it takes to make crochet go from being "good" to GREAT!

I award you the Set My Picot Free Award!

Ooooh another Kitschilicious Award!
